If the offers are that close then, even I would assume he would choose Beantown. Tell Erich to include a NT for a year to push him over the top then. We both like the guy, as we are both damn close in out offers. Doesn't make much sense for a guy who Erich has had for a couple years to leave to me if the money is pretty well the same.

He has been with me for almost 4 years - I upped the cash a tad and added a 1 year NT clause
